What information should I include so you can help faster?

Good detail up front saves a return trip and gives you a more accurate estimate. For a lockout, knowing whether it's a house door, an apartment, a mailbox, a business, or a car helps us bring the right approach and tools. For a rekey or lock change, the brand or style of the existing hardware (for example a knob, deadbolt, or lever) is useful but not required.

For car keys, the year, make, and model matter most, because the right key, fob, or transponder depends on the vehicle. If you have a working key we can sometimes use it as a starting point; if every key is lost, mention that so we plan accordingly.
